Branding & Identity

Branding & Visual Identity Design in Canada

Logos, colour palettes, typography and brand guidelines from a designer with more than 30 years of experience, so your business looks credible everywhere it appears.

Look as Good as the Work You Do

Customers judge a business in seconds. A dated logo, mismatched colours or a different look on every flyer and social post can make a great company seem small or unreliable. A clear, consistent identity does the opposite: it builds trust before anyone reads a word.

Branding at TrueNorth Rank is led by Barbi Braude, who has spent more than three decades designing for small businesses, non-profits, authors and families. Her work spans logos, print, books, annual reports and websites, so your identity is designed to work in every format, not just as a file on a screen.

We start by understanding who you serve and how you want to be seen, then develop a logo and visual system that fits. You receive organized files for print and web plus simple guidelines, so everyone who touches your brand, from your printer to your web developer, gets it right.

FAQ

Branding Questions, Answered

What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

A logo is one mark. A brand identity is the full visual system around it: colours, typefaces, imagery style and rules for using them, so everything you produce looks like it belongs together.

Can you refresh my existing logo instead of starting over?

Yes. If your current logo has recognition worth keeping, we can modernize it and build a consistent system around it.

What files will I receive?

You get your logo in vector and web formats (such as SVG, PDF, PNG), in colour, black and white, plus a brand guide and any templates included in your project.

Do you design print materials too?

Yes. Barbi has designed brochures, annual reports, books and more for over 30 years, and can prepare files ready for your printer.
